What data we collect - Account and registration data: name, date and place of birth, tax code, address, country, email, phone. - Sailor data: sailing classes, boats and sail numbers, sporting CV, photo, documents you upload (e.g. medical certificate). - Data of minors, provided by the parent or legal guardian who manages the account. - Payment data: amounts, payment status and receipts you upload. We do not store card details. - Technical data: data strictly necessary for login and security, and your cookie / privacy preferences stored in your browser. Why we use your data (legal basis) - To manage your account, registrations to clinics and events, charter and services (performance of a contract – art. 6.1.b GDPR). - To manage payments, invoices and legal obligations (legal obligation – art. 6.1.c GDPR). - To send you service communications: registration confirmations, payment reminders, logistics, notifications (performance of a contract). - To inform you about new clinics for the classes you are interested in (consent / legitimate interest – you can opt out at any time). Who can access your data Atlantis Academy staff and coaches, and service providers that host the platform and send emails/notifications on our behalf, bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell your data. How long we keep it For the time the account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Your rights Under articles 15–22 GDPR you can access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@atlantis-academy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Cookies and local storage The site uses technical storage necessary to work (login session, language, theme, privacy choice). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the privacy popup; you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
